Homeschool Zoocademy

Jacksonville Zoo's Homeschool Zoocademy is designed for students ages 5-16 and covers biology, zoology, environmental science, conservation and more. Alongside Zoo Educators, students explore the Zoo and the natural world, learning through both classroom education and real-world experiences. Students attend one class each month on the same day of the week throughout the school year. Each class includes lessons, animal encounters, activities and/or projects, and walks through the Zoo. Classes are divided by age group with lessons suited to each level. This is a drop-off program - parents are not permitted to stay. Early drop-off add-on available for ages 5-12 (30 minutes before class for socialization). No date changes or refunds after registration. Liability waiver required for each student.
