Farm School Program

Barefoot Acres Homeschool Academy provides hands-on farm education where students actively participate in farm work rather than passively learning about it. The program connects students to nature, agriculture, and sustainable living through direct animal care and daily farm activities.

The curriculum includes unit studies on individual animals, morning chores and lessons, craft projects, and a shared lunch experience. Students learn about animal care by doing the work themselves, creating meaningful educational experiences.

The program plans to expand to include basic classes like math and language arts incorporating farm-based entrepreneurial ventures. Classes are offered quarterly with additional fees for special events.
