About This Deal

Sid Richardson Museum offers free homeschool tours where educators guide children ages 6-12 and their accompanying adults through the collection of Western American art. Each monthly tour features a unique theme such as transportation in the American West, family stories, or light and color in artwork.

Tours include guided exploration of paintings by Frederic Remington and Charles M. Russell, followed by a hands-on art project related to the month's theme. Space is limited and registration is required in advance.

The museum is located in historic Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth. Additional homeschool tours are offered throughout the school year with rotating themes including The Wild Bunch and Going West programs.
